Dear Valued Subscribers,

 

Kindly check your NRIC/passport number against our list here. Your ASF is currently overdue if your NRIC/passport number is listed. Please be informed that your account will be terminated if no payment is received by December 2006. In the event that you wish to continue the service, the outstanding balance must be settled and you have to re-apply as new applicant (RM130.00 for Digisign iVEST CA and RM190 for Digisign iVEST CA Enhanced).

 

 

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE DETAILS:

PAYABLE ANNUALLY FROM SECOND YEAR ONWARDS and non pro-rated. The 1st year ASF payment is already included in the purchase price. ASF payment is inclusive of maintenance, patches, iVEST™ Client software upgrades and one year Class 2 Digital Certificate subscription.

 

ASF charge is:

·          RM80.00 per iVEST™ Smart Card for Digisign iVEST CA certificate

·          RM120.00 per iVEST™ Smart Card for Digisign iVEST CA Enhanced certificate

Kindly view your certificate to confirm on your certificate type.

 

Payment INSTRUCTION:

·          You may submit the payment at Anjung Internet Jaring or iVEST RA Counter personally or by your representative.

·          Via postal, payment by cheque, postal order and banker’s cheque only. Send to the below address.

All cheques must be crossed “Account payee only” and made payable to “MIMOS Berhad”. On reverse of cheque, postal order or banker’s cheque, indicate your NRIC number and payment description: “iVEST annual subscription fee”.
